Who operates detector.guru

Data we handle

• Account data, such as your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Purchase and credit records. Stripe handles payment-card details and checkout processing.
• Images you upload, their filenames, public upload URLs, analysis results, confidence scores, and detection history associated with your account.
• Technical and measurement data, including device/browser information, pages viewed, interactions, referral and campaign parameters, and Google advertising click identifiers when present.

Uploaded images and analysis providers

Images are uploaded to a publicly accessible Vercel Blob URL and that URL may be sent to Sightengine or another image-analysis provider. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, or sensitive images, or images you do not have permission to process.

4Tech LLC does not use customer images to train its own models. Providers process data to operate the service; Sightengine feedback, training, or similar flows are not part of the approved launch use.

Do not assume US-only processing. Sightengine publishes infrastructure subprocessors in the United States, France, and Germany, and other providers may process data where their services operate.

Why we use data

• Provide accounts, image analysis, confidence scores, detection history, credits, purchases, and customer support.
• Protect the service, investigate errors or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Measure site and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads attribution parameters, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics.
• Initial Google Ads geography is the United States. Remarketing, enhanced conversions, Customer Match, and audience-segment use are not part of the approved launch assumptions and require policy and consent review before use.

Sharing, retention, and your choices

Data may be shared with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payment, and image-analysis providers as needed to operate the service. Known launch providers include Vercel, Vercel Blob, Supabase, Stripe, Sightengine, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity.

Uploaded images and analysis results are retained for account history until you delete them, delete your account, or ask support to delete them. This is not an auto-delete promise; do not claim images are discarded immediately after analysis unless the product changes.

Account deletion, support deletion requests, correction requests, and data-access requests should be sent to guru@4tech.us. 4Tech LLC may verify the requesting account email and ask for information needed to confirm authority before acting on a request.

Analytics, purchase, support, uploaded-image, and analysis records are retained as needed to provide account history, process refunds or disputes, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and handle support requests.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. If applicable law requires an appeal or response process, contact guru@4tech.us and include the account email tied to your request.
