Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, keep account access secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You must have all rights and permissions needed for every image you submit.

You may not use detector.guru to violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights; upload illegal or harmful material; interfere with the service; reverse engineer it where prohibited; or attempt unauthorized access.

Analysis results

Results and confidence scores are probabilistic estimates, not proof that an image is human-created or AI-generated. Results can be incomplete, incorrect, or affected by editing, compression, model changes, and source quality.

Do not use a result as the sole basis for legal, employment, academic, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions. You are responsible for independent review and for how you use the output.

Credits, payments, and availability

• Credit pricing and included checks are shown before purchase.
• Credits never expire while your account remains active.
• Credits are tied to the purchasing account. Requests involving account closure or unused credits should be sent to guru@4tech.us for review under the refund policy and applicable law.
• Stripe is the active payment processor. Stripe checkout handles payment-card processing where applicable, and detector.guru records purchases to grant credits.
• If a provider analysis fails after a credit was deducted, detector.guru should restore one credit.
• For billing disputes, contact guru@4tech.us before starting a chargeback. Disputed accounts or disputed credits may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.

Service availability, model coverage, processing speed, and accuracy are not guaranteed. The service may change, be suspended, or contain errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, detector.guru is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
